Our Team.
Devon Howard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Truax Capital. He focuses on all aspects of the firms' investment strategy, execution, and portfolio company management. Devon has over a decade of experience in financial services working between New York and Boston.

From 2015 - 2022 Devon worked at Growcore Investments (formerly Fireman Capital) in Boston, MA where he was responsible for leading, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to his work in private equity, Devon worked at J.P. Morgan in New York on the Consumer and Retail investment banking team.

Devon holds a BComm in Finance with a minor concentration in Entrepreneurship from McGill University.

Bandon Holdings
Bandon is the largest Anytime Fitness franchisee headquartered in Austin, Texas. Devon Howard served as a Board member and investment lead on the transaction from 2018 - 2022 helping the company grow from 38 clubs to more than 200 clubs at exit.
Surfside Holdings
Surfside was a leading Dunkin' franchisee in South Florida which grew to over 70 locations. Devon Howard served as a Board member from 2019-2021.
